FM: Managing your premises online

Our online portal is part of our commitment to deliver fast and efficient service for all our clients.

The cloud-based system allows our team to input and access everything they need to manage client contracts, including alerts to remind personnel when to perform scheduled maintenance and inspections.

Clients can log in too and view progress reports as well as communicating with our people, adding an extra layer of accountability to our face-to-face relationships.

Security: Geolocation platform

Our security digital platform monitors our guards using GPS and geolocation monitoring software.

The platform enables us to track people in and around our customers’ sites.

It’s also a vital tool in ensuring the safety of our guards, especially when they are working alone, with the help of “man down” alerts.
