Client Account Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid / Site / Office-Based)

Role Overview

Circle UK Group is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Client Account Manager to support and manage strategic international client accounts within the logistics and infrastructure sector.

This is a UK-based position, initially focused on domestic operations, with a clear opportunity to expand into managing European client accounts as our international portfolio develops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary UK-based point of contact for Mandarin-speaking client stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day client communications in Mandarin and English
  • Coordinate service delivery, reporting, and performance reviews for UK sites
  • Track KPIs, prepare monthly scorecards, and support contract compliance
  • Liaise with internal operations teams and approved service partners
  • Support client meetings, contract renewals, and service expansion discussions
  • Progressively take responsibility for European client account management

Key Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in client account management, operations, or B2B service environments
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Professional, structured, and culturally aware communication style
  • Comfortable working with international stakeholders and multi-site operations
  • Experience in security, facilities management, logistics, or related sectors is an advantage
